What are the delivery times

Standard delivery to most metro areas takes approximately 3 business days from the date your order is placed. Rural deliveries may take up to 2 additional business days.

How much is delivery?

$5 for the first item, $1 per additional item, capped at $20.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to track your parcel. You can use the tracking link to follow your order from dispatch through to delivery.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear or update in the courier’s system after you receive your notification.

What is the returns policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds. This ensures that all our products are brand new and have never been used, so you can shop with confidence.
